„Falling Leaves“ is a collection of poetry, which deals with all kinds of mental health issues (depression, eating disorders,…) and also includes a lot of social criticism.
It’s not supposed to be a guide on how to heal and recover, but it represents my own process of healing and maybe you can take something out of it.
