… he went to the Holy Land trying to find God. He was following a calling. Like so many men did in that time. Leaving behind their farms, their land, their homes and their families. Leaving them behind, often to a destiny of hardship and hunger. God was calling them from far away, from a place called Jerusalem. He was calling his sons to the weapons, to the fight. The fight against the infidels to take back the holy city of Jerusalem, to tear her out of the hands of the unbelievers and give her back to her rightful owners.
So that once again the saviour would ascend to his rightful throne at the Holy Sepulchre. And Christ would rule the Holy Land once and for all.
Today we all know that it wasn`t God calling me, but the devil himself …
