and your daily burden is heavy,
I have carved out a perfect haven for you,
so that you may find shelter and rest there.

In your hands you now hold a lantern to guide your feet,
and you also carry the glowing coals
from my hearth of poetry,
so that you may warm
your heart and soul on the engaging worlds
of hope and peace.”
