In 1957 Duncan visited his friend Picasso in his house near Cannes, along with his dachshund Lump, who then decided to stay with Picasso. That by way of background for an original book and an unusual Picasso portrait. In addition to Duncan`s dramatic and personal black and white photographs of Picasso and Lump, fifteen of his paintings are reproduced in colour.
