The documentation brings together previously unpublished archival documents from the estate of Terry Fox, Cologne, the Berkeley Art Museum and Pacific Film Archive (BAM/PFA), the de Saisset Museum at Santa Clara University, the archives of the Akademie der Künste, Berlin, the Wulf-Herzogenrath-Archiv, as well as statements and interviews written especially for this publication by artist friends and contemporaries of Terry Fox, who I was able to consult in the USA. They have been enhanced by texts from art magazines, such as Avalanche, Arts Magazine and View. -Angela Lammert (Editor)
